Shipping Policy

Shrôm ships all of our orders via all main carriers.

Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are only possible if:

  • the goods are damaged or defective
  • the goods were purchased directly from our website, shrom.co
  • the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt
  • We cannot refund or exchange items that have been opened or were purchased from third party sellers. Sale items are also not eligible for refund.

Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning an order and for ensuring that the goods arrive safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for orders over £50. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

To request a return or exchange, email inquiries@shrom.co with the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGE and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us, or if it is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your return or exchange request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 business days. If you have not received a refund after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company and then contact us at inquiries@shrom.co.

If you wish to return an unwanted gift, the refund will be made to the person who purchased the goods via the original payment method. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange gifts for the person who received them.

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. To cancel an order, email inquiries@shrom.co with the subject line CANCELATION.
