Goddess Charms
Goddess Charms is a cosmic jewellery brand celebrating the Divine Feminine in all her forms and facets, featuring sacred charms and magical talismans.
The symbols, creatures, Gods and Goddesses hail from the Indian continent. Each Charm and chain is made from solid, sterling silver. The gold Charms and chains are then plated with dazzling Indian gold. They radiate a magnificent golden aura while the silver Charms emit a cleansing and pure white light.
Each Goddess Charm is individually hand made in our workshop in northern India using original antique moulds, recreated using traditional methods.
We make deliberately small batches, with each Charm bearing the mark of the person that made it and each batch taking up to three months to produce. We recently scored 9.6 out of 10 in an independent ethical audit & are passionate about keeping traditional craft alive whilst ensuring all our employees are appreciated and looked after.
Postage & Packaging
At Goddess Charms we use recycled postage & packaging wherever possible. We pride ourselves in ensuring that at least 80% of our packaging is recycled & use natural materials wherever possible. We use bio-degradable mailing sacks for postage & try to keep our costs affordable & fair.
Import & Export Duties
Goddess Charms will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside The UK. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for details.
Refund Policy
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not, we will gladly exchange your Charm or give you a full refund, (whichever you prefer).
Your purchase must be in the original, unused condition and securely wrapped with all packaging and the booklet that it arrived with. If there is any sign that the Charm or packaging has been used then we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We will refund the cost of the cosmic item/s to the credit or debit card used to place the order, within seven days of receipt. We will not refund the cost of delivery unless the cosmic item/s are lost on their way to you, damaged or faulty.
You have 14 days to return your purchase/s. After this time we have the right to refuse a refund.
Cancel, Returns & Exchange policy
For returns/exchanges please enclose a print out of our returns form (below) with your Charm and ensure you obtain proof of postage to protect you against loss. We cannot be held liable for returned goods that do not reach us.
