All mainland UK orders are sent via First Class Registered Postal service, free of charge. If you need your item quicker then we also offer a courier service for next day delivery, costs will be added to your order total. Once payment is received, please allow 5 working days for delivery.
We cannot currently ship orders outside of the mainland UK.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be very happy with your purchase and are able to offer refunds on products if the wrong item is received or there is damage to the item upon delivery.
If there are problems with your delivery, please email our Customer Services Team at email@example.com with your name, contact details, order number and reason for return / problem and a team member will contact you with the next steps. If there is an issue with the product and we offer a refund, we will also cover the cost of the return postage.
