Works for my ADHD

I was spectacle about using @mybalancecard … having ADHD I didn’t know if it would work for me… the first day of using it I think I was focusing to much on if it was working and making a difference to my everyday life… I like to keep mine in my bra …. After a few days I started to feel more calm and more relaxed …. Not only did I notice that I was more relaxed but friends and family also picked up on it … I am studying at the moment and when in class some times my ADHD would really kick in but using @mybalancecard changed that I was more focused and my teachers also noticed a difference. I have run a very busy buiness and need energy especially because I work at night so changing the card round at night has helped me feel more energy while working .
