Payment
Charges to your credit/debit card will appear as Treed CBD LTD. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. However, we are not able to process some form of debit cards.
Shipping Policy
We ship all of our products through Royal Mail in 5 Working Days. Shipping Costs are calculated at Checkout. We also offer Royal Mail 48 Hour Express Shipping.

Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we’re offering a wellness guarantee for 30-days. This return policy states that after you receive your product, where you are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return the product to receive a full refund. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend and insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of goods or proof of received return delivery.
Due to fraudulent activity based on this policy we have set the guidelines below. The Wellness Guarantee only applies to 1 product per customer. If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be eligible to return 1 of those products.
